1. All items are below retail price compared to mall prices.
2. All of our items are directly bought from Costco Warehouse USA, Bath and Body Works USA, Victoria's Secret USA, and Warehouse Outlets around Los Angeles, California.
3. We will provide proof of purchase upon request. You can also double check the item's barcode authenticity online.
4. Purchased items can only be replaced if you received your items in damaged condition. For transparency purposes, please provide us a video when you open your parcel.
5. If you are in doubt, do not buy. We have a policy of no return or refund just because you changed your mind upon receiving your purchased item.
6. We will send you an actual picture of your item before we ship it to you. All items are double checked for any damage before we pack it for shipment. Be mindful that it is beyond our control for any dented items received due to mishandling by couriers and riders. Your items are secured in bubble wrap and sometimes boxed if necessary.
7. You can connect to our chat service on the lower left of the site if you have any questions about your purchase. Chat directly to one of our staff if you have any questions or if you are having difficulty in navigating our site.

w1. How can I order?
You may purchase without an account. However, we recommend that you create an account when you order so that you can track your orders better and earn points. Just click the link on the top right where it says "login/register." You may chat directly with one of our staff located at the bottom right of any page if you're having any problems. To place an order, select any item and add it to your cart. Once you are done choosing your items, proceed to checkout. An order summary will be sent to your email. Another email will be sent to you once your order has been prepared. For your convenience, all of your order summaries will be saved to your account.
2. Do you have the product in stock?
All items posted are available and in stock unless stated otherwise.
3. Do you allow refunds for change of mind or modify orders or change delivery address?
Once your order has been confirmed, packed and shipped, we will no longer honor cancellation or refunds. We only accept refunds if we sent you the wrong product or damaged product (we are asking for an unboxing video for this). If any of these circumstances happen, just message us through our website or email us @ brigettesph@gmail.com
You may only change your address for your next order.
4. How long does it take for orders to be processed and dispatched?
Orders are dispatched Mondays to Fridays and we adhere to a 10AM cutoff time.
5. What methods do you accept?
- We accept all major credit cards like Visa, Mastercard, and Amex. We accept Gcash as well
6. Do you offer loyalty points or reward points, gift certificates, etc?
- Yes, we have rewards points given to our customers upon initial creation of account. Purchased items will automatically earn you points. You can also earn points by simply logging in once a day and browsing our website. Once you accumulate a certain number of points and ready to redeem it, just click on the rewards section in the menu and choose products which you can only purchase with points to add to your cart.
7. How much is your shipping cost?
- Shipping costs are dependent on the amount of your order and your delivery location. Shipping fee will be shown on your checkout page.
